Automatically add a number at the start of each new project's title.

Automatic numbering adds a number, incremented at each creation, at the start of new projects' titles: "P0042 - Website redesign", for example. It makes references easier in discussions and committees. It is available depending on your organisation's options.
How it works
- the number is assigned when the project is created, then never changes;
- the counter is specific to your organisation;
- existing projects are not renumbered.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change a project's number?
The number is part of the title: it can be edited like the rest of the title, without changing the counter.
Does a deleted project free up its number?
No: the counter keeps going, so the same number is never assigned twice.
