The same tasks can be displayed in several ways. Each view meets a need: organising the flow, detailing information, planning over time or following progress.

The available views

Kanban

Tasks in columns by status, moved by drag and drop.

List

A detailed table with custom columns, sorting, filters and totals.

Gantt

The schedule over time, with dependencies and milestones.

Calendar

Tasks and subtasks on a monthly, weekly or daily calendar.

Documents

The project's document space, organised in folders.

Discussion

The team's conversation thread, full screen.

Depending on your organisation's options, other views are offered: Dashboard, Budget, Resources or Mind map.

Adding or removing a view

  1. 1
Click + to the right of the project's tabs.
  2. 2
Choose the view to add from the list.
  3. 3
To remove a view, use its tab's menu.

Good to know: removing a view deletes no data. Tasks remain visible in the other views, and the view can be added back at any time.
