Kanban shows tasks as cards spread across columns. It is ideal for following the day-to-day workflow.

Reading the board

Each column corresponds to a status or a list. A card shows the task's title, assignees, dates and indicators (subtasks, comments, files, cover image).

Moving a task forward

Drag a card from one column to another to change its status. The project's progress is updated immediately.

Adding a task

Click + at the bottom of a column, enter the title and confirm: the task is created directly in that column.

Adapting the columns

  1. 1
Create a new column from the board by entering its name.
  2. 2
Reorder the columns by drag and drop.
  3. 3
Rename a column from its menu.

Good to know: a card can show the task's cover image, handy for visual projects (mock-ups, building sites, products).
