Managing a project

The Calendar view

See tasks and subtasks on a calendar, and create new ones with a single click.

1 min read updated October 2026

The Calendar view places the project's tasks on a calendar, like a diary. It is useful to see the workload of a period or prepare the weeks ahead.

Switch between month, week or day display, and move from one period to another with the arrows. Each task shows its title, its owner, its assignees and the start of its description.

Creating a task from the calendar

Select a slot (a day, or a time range in week or day display): a task is created on those dates. In week or day display, the slot's times are kept.

Moving a task

Drag a task to another date, or stretch it to change its duration: its dates are updated in all views.

Good to know: a filter lets you show or hide subtasks. Milestones are shown on their due date only.
