Managing a projectCustomising a project
Name, colour, cover image, view background, members: give each project its own identity.

A clearly identified project is easier to spot in lists, the menu and multi-project views. All these options are in the project's action menu.
Name and colour
The project's name and colour can be changed at any time. The colour is used as a dot in the menu, lists, discussions and the multi-project Gantt.
Cover image
You can add a cover image to the project. Depending on your choice, it replaces the colour wherever the project is shown, or is only displayed alongside it.
View background
The background of the project's views (Kanban, List…) is set separately: white background, project colour or a dedicated image.
Project members
Share the project with the people who need to contribute, and give each of them a role:
- Administrator — manages the project, its members and its settings.
- Editor — creates and edits tasks and content.
- Viewer — can view without editing.
Good to know: if your organisation uses teams, you can share a project with a whole team rather than with each member.
Frequently asked questions
Who can change a project's settings?
The project's administrators. Editors work on the content, viewers consult it.
Does removing a member delete their tasks?
No, the tasks stay in the project. Just remember to reassign them.
