The Resources view gives project managers a clear picture of their team's workload: who does what, when, and who is at risk of overload. It is available depending on your organisation's options.
Key indicators
At the top of the view, a banner sums up the situation: team size, planned workload, actual workload, overloaded members and progress rate.
The four tabs
Overview
Planned and actual workload per member, with the "Unassigned" row.
Workload / time
A heat map by member and period to spot workload peaks.
Planned vs Actual
The gap between planned and spent time, per member.
Timesheet
Weekly time entry, without leaving the view.
Changing the period
The toolbar lets you choose the granularity (week, month or quarter) and move through time.
Good to know: the same view exists for a portfolio and for a team, to follow members' workload across several projects.
Frequently asked questions
Why does a member have a planned workload of 0?
