Opening an idea

In a campaign, click an idea: its sheet opens, with the submitted content, its current stage and its history.

Moving the idea forward

Depending on the stage and your permissions, you can:

  • assess it by filling in the template's assessment sheet;
  • move it to the next stage of the lifecycle;
  • send it back to its author for more information;
  • accept or reject it.

The idea's author is notified at each change: you will find these notifications under the Pre-projects filter of the bell.

Turning the idea into a project

  1. 1
    Open an accepted idea.
  2. 2
    Click Create the project.
  3. 3
    Check the project name, then confirm: the project is created with the idea's information.
