Pre-projects help you surface and sort ideas before starting a project: internal calls for ideas, business requests, improvement proposals. They are available depending on your organisation's options.
How it works
A campaign
A pre-project is an idea campaign, created from a template prepared by your administrators (for example "Innovation ideas 2027").
Ideas
Each participant submits ideas by filling in the campaign's submission form.
A lifecycle
Each idea goes through the stages defined by the template: submission, assessment, decision.
A project
A selected idea is turned into a project in one click, with the information already entered.
Where to find them
In the left menu, the My pre-projects section gathers the campaigns you take part in, just like My projects for projects. You can display them as a list or as cards.
Frequently asked questions
Why can't I see "My pre-projects"?
This feature depends on your organisation's options. Contact your administrator.
Who creates campaign templates?
Your organisation's administrators, in the Admin Console. See "Setting up pre-projects".
