The Notifications window gathers all the events that concern you in Gladys, whatever project they come from. It is available from the bell icon, at the top of the interface.
Opening notifications
- 1Click the 🔔 icon at the top of the interface.
- 2The number of today's unread notifications appears below the Notifications title.
Filtering by type
A row of tabs lets you show only one type of notification. Two circular arrows, on each side, scroll through the tabs:
- All — every event, all types together.
- Comments — new messages posted in your projects' discussions.
- Assignments — when a colleague assigns a task to you.
- Mentions — when someone mentions you (@) in a comment.
Reading a notification
Each notification shows who performed the action, the date and a preview of the content concerned.
Good to know: when the notification is about a specific project (assignment, comment, mention), its name is shown in colour above the message, with a direct link to the item concerned.
