Following your tasks

Find all the tasks assigned to you, across all projects, and filter them to know what to handle first.

1 min read updated October 2026

Wherever you are in your projects, Gladys gathers all the tasks assigned to you in one place. You can see at a glance what is overdue, what is due this week and what still needs to be scheduled.

The "My tasks" widget on the home page

On the home page, the My tasks widget sorts your tasks into four tabs:

  • Overdue — tasks whose end date has passed and that are not completed.
  • This week — tasks to handle in the coming days.
  • Upcoming — tasks planned later.
  • To schedule — tasks that don't have dates yet.

Each tab shows the number of tasks concerned. Clicking a task opens it directly, without leaving the home page.

The list of all your tasks

To go further, the multi-project task list shows all your tasks in a table, with filters to focus on what matters:

  • Period — only show tasks between two dates.
  • Progress — filter by completion percentage.
  • Assignees — see the tasks of one or more colleagues.
  • Hide completed tasks — to keep a short, actionable list.

Good to know: start your day with the Overdue tab, then This week: you handle what is blocking first, without forgetting anything.

Updating a task

From the widget as from the list, open a task to change its status, adjust its dates or add a comment. Changes are visible immediately to the whole project team.

Frequently asked questions

Why doesn't a task appear in "My tasks"?

How does a task end up in "To schedule"?
