Need to share a progress report outside Gladys? Export your tables to Excel to rework them, or to PDF to share them.

What you can export

  • The project list — from the projects page or a portfolio.
  • A project's tasks — from the project's List view.

The export includes the columns shown, in the same order, including your custom columns.

Starting an export

  1. 1
Show the columns and apply the filters you want.
  2. 2
    Open the view's action menu.
  3. 3
Choose Export to Excel or Export to PDF.

Exporting a selection

Tick the rows to export before starting the export: only those are included. A selected subtask brings its parent task along, to keep the context.

Good to know: workload columns are detailed per person in the export, with grouped headers.

Frequently asked questions

Does the export take my filters into account?
