Working as a team

Find your teams in the menu, with their members, projects and workload.

1 min read updated October 2026

A team groups users who work together. It makes sharing projects and assigning tasks easier, and gives its owner a view of members' workload.

Your teams in the menu

The Teams section of the left menu lists the teams you belong to. Click a team to open its page.

A team's views

Members

The list of members and their role in the team (owner or member).

Resources

Members' capacity and workload, their availability and absences.

Projects

The team's projects, with their columns.

Tasks and Gantt

The tasks and schedule of the team's projects.

The team owner

Each team has an owner. They add or remove members and see all the team's data; other members only see the projects they have access to.

Sharing with and assigning to a team

A project can be shared with a whole team, and a task assigned to a team: a team badge is then shown instead of the list of its members.

Good to know: teams are created by the organisation's administrators, from the Admin Console.
