A portfolio offers several views, like a project, but across all its projects. You choose the ones you need and switch between them in one click.
A portfolio's views
Dashboard
Widgets to arrange as you like: key indicators, breakdown by status, project list, charts and recent activity.
Project list
A table of all projects with their columns (progress, dates, owner…), sortable and filterable.
Multi-project Gantt
The schedules of all projects on a single timeline, to spot overlaps and upcoming deadlines.
Resources and budget
Members' workload across all projects and the summary of expenses and revenue, depending on the options enabled for your organisation.
Adding a view
Use the + button next to the view tabs to add a view to the portfolio. Each portfolio has its own view configuration.
Arranging the dashboard
Dashboard widgets can be moved, resized and removed directly with the mouse. The add button opens the list of available widgets.
Good to know: a portfolio's filters are its own. Filtering a portfolio doesn't change your filters on the general project list.
